Head of Field Retention: Reports to Head of Sales and Distribution: Will be responsible for ensuring that debt which is owed to the company is paid as quickly as possible. ln addition, the Head of Field Retention oversees a team of field collectors (staff), come up with initiatives to meet collection targets.
